Burn Baby Burn

Still in the trance like state. Lucky Star took a seat in the remaining metal chair. Watching her with curiosity, Narrator asked, How are you feeling my dear?

“I am no longer one, but two, who in turn becomes one,”

“Okay then,” Narrator replied. “What do you prefer to be called?”

“Lucky- Binah.”

Narrator scratched his chin. ‘They weren’t nearly as far as I thought they were,’ he mused to himself. ‘Though on the upside, I now know where they’re currently at.’

Clicking the button on the mike, Narrator said, “Again welcome. Be forewarned, the power you possess though strong, has no place here. The others have had their powers switched off and though I can’t do the same to you. I have blocked your cells from producing the energy needed to power your abilities. Go ahead and test it out if you don’t believe me.”

Lucky – Binah closed her eyes and concentrated, the lights began to flicker and then held steady. Narrator smiled. That fool, she had one shot of using her powers and she had fallen for his trap. His smile disappeared though when he saw her lips moving,

“What are you doing,” he demanded. “Stop that at once.”

Luck-Binah ignored him, her voice raising louder with every word. Soon her voice was beyond the capability of Narrators hearing. Grimacing, he felt a little trickle down his ear. Putting his hand to his head, he pulled it away and saw green blood. Quickly hitting the terminate button, Narrator watched in dismay as his only copy of this magnificent creature burst into flames.
